


Terms of Service
Please carefully read through the entire TOS before contacting us.
These are non-negotiable and are subject to change, so be sure to stay up to date on them when commissioning me.
TOS Policies
I do own a cat, so if you have allergies, I apologize as we are unable to to provide your commissioning needs. Try as I may, there will always be a stray hair and would not want to put you at risk.
I do reserve the right to refuse or cancel service or a commission to anyone at any given time. A message will be given on the reason why, and a refund may be given upon cancelation. Please refer to the Refund Policy.
Rude behavior, abuse, hateful speech, or any form of harassment is not tolerated and will result in a refusal of all services, including blacklisted from any future commissions.
Please do not spam us with emails or multiple contact forms. This may be cause for being blocked or denial of any services.
Everything made here is one of a kind and will not be copied or remade. This prevents mass production and much stress on my part. I do offer repair services for any of my work though (please refer to warranty below).
Upon commissioning me, you agree that you are able to follow through with payment. I do understand life happens, but please be financially sure before asking for a commission.

Underage Policy
Our transactions go through PayPal, which state in their own TOS that the user must be 18+. If you are under the age of 18, I can not provide services directly to you, but to your parent/guardian. They must contact me so that I may verify age via a government issued ID and that they are providing payment. Without proof, or pretending to be said parent/guardian, will result in denial of services and/or blacklisted for fraudulent behavior.

Contact Policy
When requesting a price quote for a commission, it does not mean you are given a slot or any future commission slots.
You must provide a completely detailed reference of the original character and proof of ownership.
Somewhere in your email, you must provide proof that you have read these TOS.
Please give a detailed description of what you want done.
Bare in mind that there may be colors that do not translate from screen to fabric. I will research as much as I can for the most accurate or find an agreeable replacement.

Commissions
For body suits, a DTD (duct-tape-dummy) must be provided for an accurate fit.
Commissions slots will be limited to about 3-5 projects depending on complexity. When slots are open, a commission may be accepted and a slot given upon receiving a 35% non-refundable fee of total commission cost, or full amount. If not paid, the slot will remain open.
Commissions are not "first come, first serve". Project will be worked on according to which has been paid in full and which are still receiving payments.
No new slots will open until current commissions are completed and shipped.
Upon starting a commission, any changes to character design may result in extra fees. I will stay in contact with progress photos/videos. Please respond within 48 hours of these photos to request any changes, or I will continue with the commission as before. Available changes to a completed projected may be limited and warrant additional fees.

Prices
Prices provided are either set or starting amounts. Please send an inquiry of what you want made and I will reach back to you with a quoted price.
A 35% non-refundable down payment of total cost of commission must be placed in order to retain a commission slot, as well as for a payment plan.
Starting prices in fursuits (not including parts) are those with 2 fur colors. If requesting a price quote and wanting a suit made with more colors and/or complex designs, bare in mind that the price will go up. This includes rare colors and extras as well.
Do not contact me to haggle for lower prices as they are set to what I feel my work is worth as well as materials, time, and work put into it.

Shipping
Shipping is not included in base prices, but will be calculated in the quote. It will be through USPS Priority with tracking and insurance. After shipping, we are no longer responsible for the package.
You may request other shipping methods, but please keep in mind that the price will change.
If damages do occur on package, before opening, take pictures of all damages. If product is damaged, take pictures and contact us so that I may contact USPS.

Warranty
Product will have a 30 day warranty. This warranty covers any problems where I may be at fault, such as popped seams or places where adhesive failed to adhere. Misuse or alterations not made by us will void the warranty.
Repairs outside the warranty are subject to extra fees. If returned dirty, cleaning fees will be applied.
The client is responsible for the shipping costs, any fees required for the repairs, and the shipping cost back. If any fees are unpaid within 60 days of return and no word from you, the repair is considered forfeit and may be returned when I have received notice.
We are not responsible for improper measurements or constructed DTDs for an unfit product.

Payment Plans
Payment plans are accepted with a non-refundable fee of 35% of the total cost. This will retain a commission slot while covering materials needed and the time to acquire them.
Upon receiving down payment, I may agree to a monthly payment plan, not exceeding 6 months total. I reserve the right to cancel a commission for any late or neglected payments. If the client issues a cancelation of commission, please refer to refund policy.
Once paid in full, the commission will be completed and shipped home.

Time Frame
I do work a full-time job as well as raising my child.
The time it takes to build is reflected in the prices, although that time could be spread throughout weeks or months or longer. I can not provide an actual time frame or deadline for when the project will be completed and shipped out, but I do guarantee to provide updates during the building process.
As a result, we do not work with convention deadlines.
Please keep in mind that any commission is subject to delay at any time for any reason.

Refund Policy
When life gives you lemons...
I know that things could happen out of the blue, especially financially. If, for any reason, you need to request a refund, please keep in mind that refunds are not available for the 35% of total cost of commission. This is to help minimize and prevent the costs of already obtained materials for the commission that is being cancelled.
If commission is nearly finished, only 50% of total can be refunded. This is due to the need to make changes to the suit and the ability to sell as a different character than it was supposed to be, as well as the cost of materials and time into it.
Refunds can not be given upon completion of commission, fully paid, and/or shipped.
